About me

I’m 42 years old, an aviation enthusiast—and a commercial pilot myself. Growing up in an aviation family, I developed a deep passion for aircraft early on. Over the course of four years and 5,000 hours, I transformed a former Caravelle III wreck (F-BHRU) into a fully functional flight simulator.

Both of my parents worked on the Boeing 707 for Lufthansa and Air France, which helped spark my lifelong fascination with this iconic jet.

As a professional pilot, I’ve logged well over 12,000 flight hours on the Fokker 70/100, Airbus A319/320/321, A330, and A340. I currently work in Germany and am fluent in English, German, French, and Swedish.

One of my most memorable experiences was jumpseating on one of the very last passenger Boeing 707 flights in the world—in Iran.
