1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of 707jet.com and to purchases made through this website.
707jet.com is an independent private aviation history, restoration and simulation project operated by Nils Alegren, Germany.
2. Historical Items and Collectibles
Items offered through this website may include historical aviation documents, manuals, parts, equipment, memorabilia and other collectible items.
Many items are used, vintage or historical objects. Their condition may therefore differ from that of new commercial products.
Descriptions and photographs are intended to provide an accurate representation of the item and its known condition. Existing signs of age, wear, corrosion, repairs, markings or other historical characteristics may form part of the item.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, historical items are sold as collector’s or historical items and are not represented as being suitable for use in operational aircraft.
3. Availability
All items are subject to availability.
Because many items are unique historical objects, an item may only be available once. An item is no longer available once it has been sold or otherwise removed from the collection.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices displayed on the website are stated in EUR.
Payment methods available for a particular purchase will be shown during the ordering process.
A contract is concluded in accordance with the information provided during the ordering process and the applicable statutory requirements.
5. Shipping
Shipping costs and available delivery methods will be communicated before completion of the purchase.
The buyer is responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address.
For international shipments, the recipient may be responsible for import duties, taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.
6. Consumer Rights
If you purchase goods as a consumer within the meaning of applicable consumer protection law, your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected by these Terms & Conditions.
This includes applicable statutory rights relating to defects and, where applicable, the statutory right of withdrawal.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies to a consumer purchase, the applicable withdrawal period and conditions will be provided with the order information.
The statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal remain unaffected.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any mandatory consumer rights.
8. Donations
Donations are voluntary contributions intended to support the restoration, preservation and documentation activities of the 707 project.
A donation does not automatically entitle the donor to receive a product, service, digital copy or other consideration.
Where a separate exchange, purchase or other transaction is offered, the terms applicable to that transaction will apply.
9. Website Content
The historical and technical information published on 707jet.com is provided for historical, educational and documentary purposes.
It is not intended to replace approved aircraft maintenance manuals, operating procedures, engineering documentation, training material or other officially approved aviation documentation.
10. Intellectual Property
The website contains original material as well as historical and third-party material.
Copyright and other intellectual property rights remain with their respective owners unless expressly stated otherwise.
Nothing on this website grants a licence to reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit third-party material.
11. Changes
We reserve the right to update website content, product descriptions and these Terms & Conditions where appropriate.
Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
